Ralph Ramkarran is the senior partner in Cameron & Shepherd, Guyana’s oldest and best known law firm. He is also the outgoing speaker of the national assembly and an executive member of the PPP, the political party in Government.

 

 

 

Fraser Wheeler
CEO
Fraser Wheeler, a former British High Commissioner to Guyana, played a pivotal role in helping the Government of Guyana develop and implement an innovative national Low Carbon Development Strategy. This seeks to preserve the rainforest and kick-start low carbon economic activity such as call centers.

 

 

 

Faizal Khan
Commercial Director
Faizal Khan is a young entrepreneur with recognised marketing expertise, who’s most recent success came on BBC hit TV show Dragon’s Den, when he secured a substantial investment from Dragon billionaire James Caan for his Guinness Book of Records World’s Smallest Car, the Peel P50.

 

 

 

Derwyn Jones
Non-Executive Adviser
Derwyn has over 20 years experience in the BPO and Marketing Services industry starting as a Management Consultant with BT in their Contact Centre business. In the mid 90’s he joined Sitel Corporation where he held senior roles in Operations and Sales and Marketing within EMEA and the United States.

In 2000 he became General Manager of Dell’s consumer division in Europe, being part of the team that led Dell to become the global leader in personal computers. He spent 4 years as Group MD of Golley Slater, a UK leading Marketing Services company before leading the MBIMBO of The Panther Group in 2006. He currently serves as Group Chief Executive as well as sitting on various advisory bodies within the industry.

 
Glenn Hurley
Strategic Adviser
Glenn has worked as a senior executive in marketing services for the last 25 years- including Senior Vice President of global marketing, and President of Asia Pacific for the then world’s largest contact centre out-sourcing company, SITEL.  Previous roles included Sales and Marketing Director of Decisions.  During his time with Mitre, Glenn won and handled the world’s largest out-sourcing deal with Microsoft Network (MSN), running operations out of the UK and Brussels, in 27 languages and leading their business growth into Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.  In 1996 Mitre was bought by SITEL, when Glenn became President of SITEL Asia Pacific.  During the first two years of operation they grew to a regional turn-over of $20 million.  In 2000 Glenn helped launch Port@l, a visionary new concept- hosting contact centres.  In its second year of operation it was the fastest growing UK contact centre business and now has a turn- over in excess of £11 million.  More recently, Glenn has been engaged in a variety of industries as an independent consultant and non-executive roles.

 
Kads Khan
CFO
Kads Khan, a Banker and Chartered Accountant served as a Shadow Minister and front bench Member of Parliament in Guyana. He was a founding director of Demerara Bank Ltd, the first indigenous private sector bank in Guyana and is currently involved in businesses on both sides of the Atlantic.
